4360 Home Inspection has designed our reporting system to more closely match how a home is inspected. Instead of having the report segregated by system (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), we represent our information by "space", or room (Kitchen, Bedroom #1, Hallway Bath, etc.). This enables us to report on all components that pertain to that room together, instead of throughout the report on various pages. This reporting method mimics how a home is normally inspected.
What does this mean to you? It means the inspector can record their information in a more efficient manner, and more importantly, you can read the report with greater ease and understanding.
4360's reporting system provides a clear and concise summary page that reflects only safety issues and recommended repairs and potential big ticket items. This allows you to easily see all issues you may want to address prior to closing on a transaction. We do not clutter the summary page with normal maintenance and wear and tear concerns, they are documented throughout the body of the report. We believe this provides you the ability to reap the maximum benefit from the information collected in our report, with a minimum effort. Of course, we are always available to clarify any questions you may have regarding information contained in our reports! |
